Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration and Eligibility

• Provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration

sepak88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your MyKad, passport, or other documents deemed necessary. Failure to submit the requested documents within the stipulated period may result in account suspension or closure.

You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided to sepak88 is accurate. False or misleading information may result in account suspension and the return of balances after applicable deductions.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

sepak88 supports a range of payment methods suited to Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to relevant security checks. sepak88 is not responsible for any delays caused by external factors such as technical issues with banks or e-wallet providers.

Each account may only have one registered payment method at a time. Changing the payment method requires additional identity verification. Funds in a sepak88 account do not earn interest.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

sepak88 offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus carries a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount before any winnings from the bonus balance may be withdrawn.

As an example of how the calculation works: if you deposit RM100, you will receive a RM100 bonus, bringing your total balance to RM200. The wagering requirement is RM100 × 25 = RM2,500. If your deposit is RM1,200, the maximum bonus of RM500 will be credited, your balance becomes RM1,700, and the wagering requirement is RM500 × 25 = RM12,500.

• The bonus may only be claimed once per new member
• The wagering requirement must be met within the period set by sepak88
• Bets on certain games may count at a different rate towards the wagering requirement
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in bonus cancellation and account closure
• Other promotions announced from time to time have their own specific terms which will be clearly stated
• sepak88 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time

The sepak88 VIP programme offers three membership tiers: Bronze with weekly cashback of up to 0.4%, Silver with weekly cashback of up to 0.8%, and Gold with weekly cashback of up to 1.2%. Progression between tiers depends on overall member activity and loyalty.

Member Conduct and Prohibitions

sepak88 members are required to use the platform in a responsible, honest and lawful manner. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disciplinary action:

• Fraud, forgery or any form of identity misrepresentation
• Use of third-party software, bots or automated systems to place bets
• Collusion between members during table games or live competitions
• Opening or using an account on behalf of another party
• Money laundering or financing illegal activities through the sepak88 platform
• Exploiting bugs, technical errors or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Taking any action that could compromise the integrity of games or the reputation of sepak88

sepak88 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected to be suspicious and take appropriate action, including account closure, freezing of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities if required.

Account Closure and Self-Exclusion

You have the right to close your sepak88 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled or any bonus balance will be forfeited.

sepak88 provides a self-exclusion option for members who feel they need a break from gambling.
